Deep Tissue Massage

This technique is used to treat chronic tensions, the rhythm is very slow and with more accentuated pressure on the problematic areas, the maneuvers are practised without oil. The massage therapist can use his forearms, his elbows, his fists to release the adhesions. This technique is recommended to treat postural disorders, sciatica, sports injuries, recurring muscle tension. Lymphatic drainage
